謝明海 ・ 2013/12/30 12:53 檢舉 魯凱傳統獵人打獵不打小動物，小小一支整個部落夠嗎？這就是文化。 報導真是精彩。鼓勵更多的原住民朋友加入公民記者行列，為自己出聲。 我說過了很多次，十年前在非洲那米比亞參加他們教育部舉辦的座談會，討論『非洲該不該開發』，這個議題各說各話沒有結論（和台灣一樣），但是有一個意見卻是共識，就是非洲必須由非洲人自己發聲，而不是被歐美商業媒體像是旅遊雜誌或是Discovery那樣的商業鏡頭主導。 他們鼓勵各部落要培養自己的人才，用他們的眼光和語言，向世界介紹非洲。 公民記者 謝明海
