New hydroponic start-up producing tasty organic vegetables

In the Chiayi countryside, green paddy fields can be seen everywhere. However, with the rapid advance of science and technology, there is now another agricultural option besides traditional soil cultivation. In small light and temperature-controlled container greenhouses, agricultural waste material is transformed into organic liquid plant food to replace soil and circulated through hydroponic tanks to grow organic fruits and vegetables.

Thanks to the hard work and cooperation of all sectors of society, hydroponic technology is continually improving. At the same time, it is promoting a correct understanding of hydroponic in the hope of popularizing food and agriculture education and urban agriculture. In the future, perhaps we will be able to grow crops at home easily and create a whole new philosophy of life. We look forward to Taiwan opening up a new path for hydroponic cultivation in the future.

走在嘉義鄉間，綠油油的稻田隨處可見，然而，隨著科技快速演變，傳統土耕也能轉換另一種形式，在小小的貨櫃溫室裡，透過水、光和溫度的控制，將廢棄農物循環再利用，製造出能代替土壤的有機質液，輕鬆栽培出有機蔬果。

在各界的合作與努力下，水耕技術不斷地在精進，同時也向大眾推廣正確觀念，希望將食農教育、都市農業等概念發揚光大。而在未來，或許我們在家也能輕鬆種植作物，產生一種全新的生活哲學，期待台灣農業未來能開拓出一條新道路，讓水耕往更加普及的路上前進。
