Nangang Your Shoot – Getting to know Nangang’s natural pond system

This year's final PeoPo Your Shoot was held in Nangang, Taipei. Working with Nangang Community University, we led citizen journalists to explore Nangang's natural pond system. Houshan Pond and Xinzhuangzi Pond in Nangang are rare natural landscapes in the city. Through a guided tour, citizen journalists were able to learn more about the cultural history and ecology of Nangang's natural pond system.

Due to the epidemic this year, only three Your Shoot events were organized, but the Nangang Your Shoot happened to be our 50th event. PeoPo would like to extend a special thanks to Lotus, a veteran citizen journalist who has participated in every Your Shoot from start to finish. This is an incredible achievement, and CJ Lotus produced a meaningful record of each event. Once again, we would like to thank Lotus for traveling across the country to participate in Your Shoot events and documenting grassroots stories.

We look forward to next year's Your Shoot events and together sharing the diverse characteristics of communities across the nation.

PeoPo南港踹拍 認識埤塘過去與現在

今年PeoPo的最後一場踹拍，在台北南港舉行，與南港社區大學合作，帶領公民記者探訪南港埤塘的過去與現在。南港的後山埤與新庄子埤，是都市內難得的自然景觀，透過導覽，也讓公民記者更了解埤塘的文化歷史與生態樣貌。

今年因為疫情的關係，踹拍只舉辦三場，但南港踹拍剛好是第50場踹拍，PeoPo特別感謝公民記者大姐lotus，他從頭到尾參與了每一場踹拍，這真的是非常不容易達到，而且相當有意義的紀錄。謝謝大姐從北到南，從東到西跟著PeoPo踹拍一起參與許多社區的故事，也期待明年的踹拍，大家再一起共同分享各地的社區特色。
