108 快樂日記 2020/12/17（四）

今天照例晨泳去的早，我游了兩趟的八式百米，洗澡時不知怎的，一段英文老歌旋律The End of the World 突然在腦海中回繞，但不知道歌詞，拿出手機找出來後，原來是述說一個失戀的女孩失戀後，問蒼天為何太陽照樣升起、小鳥照樣歌唱。。。看著好笑，但是年少時總是有很多的迷惘，到我這年紀是否就會自然而然的成熟瞭解很多事情了嗎？

我發現自己還是不能諒解善良的一些小毛病，但是有誰能不犯錯呢？我自己也是常犯錯，很多時候別人講的事情，也沒能馬上完全成為自己的知識運用出來，我怎能期待善良這小女孩能事事按照我的做事方法呢？我一再告誡自己，能有這樣一位肯做事的看護來到家中，已經是上帝的恩典了。我要學習有話好說。。。

今天是第三次老媽做站立的練習，每次一分鐘間隔三分鐘，也有做了記號。但是還是忘記量血壓。明天最後一次練習要努力記住。

另外全程十分鐘，這時候要請善良開始製備攪打餐食，一方面免得煮好的食物冷卻，另一方面可以馬上銜接，不耽誤時間，下一個目標是做上肢的往赴復健運動。大概要做半小時。。。

人都是會犯錯的，太多的細節，怎樣讓自己努力記住所有的細節，達到零錯誤，是很重要的學習，建立良好的習慣太重要了。
