民意工頭 (未驗證) ・ 2010/08/01 23:07 檢舉 1.申請永久屋絕對不是以屋換屋,而是以原居地房屋之坪數及戶內人口數核配之! 2.申請永久屋後政府不會剝奪您原居地(山上的房子)的房屋所有權,您仍然有其使用權及所有權! 3.申請永久屋後原居地房屋不會斷水斷電(哪一條法規條款說要將原居地房屋斷水斷電的?!真是放肆) 4.各災區申請永久屋之工作圈將針對申請永久屋鄉親之戶籍問題及行政區域劃分,行政行使權之歸屬擇期召開會議並取得共識(我們的當然共識是~生是來義鄉的人,死也要當來義鄉的鬼,比照瑪家鄉三和村模式之戶籍不變,行政權之歸屬為來義鄉)
