“Good Food Fair” creates eco-food life circle

In response to World Food Day on October 16, the Homemakers United Foundation (主婦聯盟環境保護基金) organized a series of 5 lectures, including the “Good Food Fair” in conjunction with Water Garden Organic Farmers' Market (水花園農夫市集), allowing people to experience the richness of a lifestyle utilizing ecologically produced food. 

In addition to organic farmers from Water Garden Organic Farmers' Market, a number of eco-friendly smallholder farmers and groups of young people from organizations promoting diet and agriculture were also invited to the fair, complementing the Homemakers United Foundation’s eco-food education booth under the joint banner of the “Good Food Market”.

Joy & Hope Wheat Education Car – Jonathan Mobile Bus (喜願咱糧學堂教育專車-強納森行動號), which uses solar power to drive food mixers, also arrived in Taipei from Changhua. The vehicle used solar power to mill Taiwanese wheat flour into pasta, allowing people to witness a combination of the independence of green energy and the revival of local grains, as well as providing an excellent low-carbon lifestyle option.

良食糧方 打造綠色飲食生活圈

為響應10月16日世界糧食日（World Food Day），主婦聯盟環境保護基金會舉辦五場系列講座，並與水花園農夫市集合作舉辦「良食糧方」園遊會，讓民眾體驗綠色飲食生活的豐富性。

園遊會現場，與水花園有機農夫市集串聯，邀請對生態友善小農與年輕食農團隊共同設攤，搭配主婦聯盟基金會綠食育議題攤位，組成「良食市集」。也特別邀請到剛完成的【喜願咱糧學堂教育專車-強納森行動號】從彰化北上台北市，該車是運用太陽能發電來供應攪拌機運轉，使用本土小麥磨製麵粉、製作麵條，讓民眾見證綠色能源自主與本土雜糧復興的結合，落實低碳生活。
