15th Campus Editors-in-Chief Meeting - Schools Share Video Production 

Held on December 4th at Public Television Service (PTS), the 15th Campus Editors-in-Chief Meeting saw the participation of media departments from 14 universities, including Fu Hsing Kang College (政戰新聞) for the very first time. The event provided an opportunity for sharing video production methods and exchanging experiences. In the fiercely competitive intercollegiate video competition, Southern Taiwan University of Science and Technology reigned victorious. 

During the afternoon, producer and host of the PTS program News Talk (有話好說) Chen Hsin-tsung (陳信聰), was invited to share his thoughts with the students about interview skills. He stressed that in order to seize key points one should be neither too proud nor too humble, while maintaining an assured self-confident manner.  Following this, the student editors-in-chief observed the filming of “PeoPo News” where program host Wang Qing-ling (王晴玲) demonstrated the job of an anchor. 

Empowering students to walk out of the campus and begin caring for the community has always been the long-term goal of PeoPo’s campus news centers. Through equipping students with the skills to report on all the little stories that matter in the community, the news reports of student citizen journalists have the opportunity of gaining much wider exposure.

第十五屆總編輯會議 各校分享影像製作
 

第十五屆校園採訪中心總編輯會議，十二月四日在公視電視舉辦。十四所學校的總編輯參加，政戰新聞首次參加，各校先分享製作影音新聞的模式，彼此交流經驗，並且播放校際比賽的影片，在激烈競爭下，首獎由南台科技大學獲得。

下午的時間，邀請有話好說主持人陳信聰，就如何發問和同學分享，他強調記者不能太驕傲，也不能太謙卑，保持自己的氣勢才能掌握關鍵。之後，總編輯們觀賞公民新聞報的錄影現場，並由晴玲主播現場示範指導。

走出校園、社區全記錄，一直是PeoPo校園採訪中心所期盼，讓每個同學能紀錄觀察生活中的每個小故事，也讓學生觀點的公民新聞，能有更多展現的機會。
