櫻之田野養生野菜鍋位於南京三民站附近，這間店的招牌特色是─九品蓮花鍋，以及新鮮的野菜任你吃到飽。

但這間店最與眾不同的是店長佳勳是一名聽障人士，並且店裡雇用的部分員工也是聽障者。

在這個需要不斷溝通的服務業裡，佳勳店長不怕挑戰與困難，

堅持創業開一間健康、天然又美味的養生野菜鍋，野菜都是從花蓮直送，

每天免費提供五到七種任客人健康開心吃養生野菜。

因為佳勳是過來人，深知聽障者找工作不容易，所以他提供工作機會給聽障朋友，

他說：雖然聽不見，但靠著創意能夠吸引顧客上門，而藉由讀唇，他也能知道顧客需求。

雖然聽障與顧客溝通有困難度，但他的堅持與熱情感動許多家人與聽障朋友共同打拚。

在這個周末9/3周六中午，世界和平婦女會與櫻之田野養生野菜鍋合作，舉辦一場青年月會活動，

邀請青年朋友來店裡親身體驗感受如何與聽障者相處溝通，並請到佳勳店長分享他的創業故事。

為了鼓勵更多青少年參與，世界和平婦女會也特別提供10名免費用餐的名額，
