Papa Bear protects the earth by turning trash into gold

Located in Longtan’s Taoyuan, Papa Bear Creative Recycling Station cleans and transforms everyday waste items into all manner of decorative objects and installation artworks like chairs and bicycles, giving new value to old things.

Papa Bear Creative Recycling Station is endeavoring to make all its items free in the future and share its creations with those in need. It is Papa Bear’s belief that the more we meet people’s needs, the more people are willing to share. Such a model of sharing and exchanging things would vastly expand the network of available resources. By sharing goodwill and material goods, we can help to reduce garbage and raise awareness about the importance of cherishing everyday items.

熊爸和熊媽希望未來能夠真正的做到無償共享，讓每個需要的人都能夠得到需要的東西之外，也希望越來越多人能夠一起加入這個分享的行列，用以物換物的模式，讓整個資源網可以更加龐大。在傳遞好事、好物的同時，也能夠同時做到垃圾減量、循環利用，讓大家知道要愛物惜物，為地球盡一份心力。
