Dalin Your Shoot: The transformation of Wanguo Cinema

For this year's last Your Shoot event, PeoPo led a group of citizen journalists to Dalin, formerly the liveliest and wealthiest township in Chiayi County. Wanguo Cinema, which was around through Dalin's former glory days, has gradually incorporated the concept of small community tours to bring different kinds of opportunities into Dalin.

Mr. Fan, a citizen journalist who participated in this Your Shoot event, grew up in Dalin and has a deep bond with Wanguo Cinema. Stepping back into his hometown after many years, a wave of nostalgia filled his heart.

This latest Dalin event brings this year's Your Shoot season to an end. During the year, participating CJs and PeoPo have witnessed first-hand the diligent efforts of ordinary people to revitalize their local communities, and the transformation brought about by fresh new ideas and concepts from younger generations. Next year, we look forward to visiting many new places and capturing more inspiring community stories through the lens.

嘉義大林踹拍 見證萬國戲院轉型

今年的最後一場踹拍活動，PeoPo帶領公民記者來到嘉義大林，這個地方過去是嘉義最熱鬧也最富有的鄉鎮。而戲院就見證了大林的繁華。隨著時代演變，現在大林的萬國戲院轉型，結合了社區小旅行的概念，為大林帶來更多不一樣的機會。

參與踹拍的公民記者樊爸，從小剛好也在大林長大，和戲院有深厚的淵源，闊別家鄉多年，再度踏上熟悉的土地，特別有所感動。

今年六場的踹拍都已經圓滿結束，參與的公民記者和PeoPo一同感受了許多社區為地方重振活力所努力的點滴，也看到了許多年輕一輩投入的新想法、新觀念帶來的轉變。明年同樣會有不同城市鄉鎮的踏訪，繼續帶大家走進更多社區的故事。
