Bringing life to the good old days through illustration

Do you remember pinball machines, old-school grocery stores, or the Digital Monster? With the changing times, the sound of insects in the summer, going fishing at the river with friends, or popping to the grocery store after class are scenes we rarely see. “The Good Old Days” illustration exhibition is attempting to rekindle the flavor of yesteryear.

Though the younger generations have probably never experienced such things, they can get a sense of the good old days through illustration, and such scenes can be passed down through the generations.

美好舊時代回憶 從圖畫中走出來

還記得彈珠台、雜貨店、怪獸對打機這些東西嗎？隨著時代的日新月異，夏日唧唧的蟲鳴聲，三五好友一同到河邊抓魚，下課到雜貨店挑選物品的景象，這些景象在現在這個時代，已經很難看到，為此舉辦「舊時代的美好」插畫展，保留人們對古早味的記憶。

或許這些經驗與事物年輕世代沒有參與到，但以圖畫的形式與民眾分享，讓他們了解那一段舊時代的美好，讓這份記憶一代傳一代，不間斷的傳承下去。
