PeoPo Hualien Your Shoot visits Cien International Art Village

In order to serve citizen journalists from different regions, PeoPo Citizen Journalism Platform strives to organize Your Shoot activities in counties and cities across the nation. For our latest Your Shoot event, PeoPo returned to Hualien after several years. The location for this event was Ji'an Township, where an abandoned kindergarten has been transformed into Cien International Artist village. Citizen Journalists found out how the abandoned kindergarten has become a hub for international artists to exchange ideas and what changes locals hope this artistic endeavor can bring to the area.

The number of citizen journalists in the Hualien area was originally relatively small, but many citizen journalist friends from other counties and cities on the west coast came to participate in this event. Thanks to the upbeat, passionate nature of artists, this Your Shoot event offered a cornucopia of visual delights for all the enthusiastic citizen journalists who came along.

PeoPo花蓮踹拍 認識慈恩國際藝術村

  為了服務不同地區的公民記者，PeoPo公民新聞平台會盡量分區域到不同縣市舉辦踹拍活動，睽違了幾年，PeoPo今年回到了花蓮舉辦踹拍，地點選在花蓮縣吉安鄉，一個非常有意義由幼稚園改造而成的慈恩國際藝術村，帶公民記者去了解荒廢的幼稚園如何變成國際藝術家交流的天地，以及他們期望為地方帶來的改變。

  花蓮地區的公民記者人數原本就比較少，但這次踹拍也有不少朋友是從西部其他縣市特地前來參加的，因為藝術家活潑熱情的特質，讓這場踹拍活動在影音拍攝上，內容相當豐富。
